The Chapel

I love places of worship. Whenever I’m in a hospital or airport and I have time, I try to make it over to the chapel to pray. Even if I’m not Christian, I still pray often.

I was looking for a quiet place to pray last night that wasn’t where I live, when I remembered that there was a hospital nearby.

The chapel there was small but empty.  It was towards the end of visiting hours. I’ve been in several different chapels, but I was impressed by this one. It was the first chapel I’ve been to that had not only a Bible but a Torah, a Qu’ran,  an Orthodox Christian prayerbook and the Bhagavad Gita.

I love seeing that. It really made me happy. I love when places of worship are shared.
